Cancellation Policy
Please be on time to your appointments. More than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.
48 hour notice required to reschedule.
Any notice after 48 hours results in a $50 fee for chemical/color services and 50% fee for any haircut services.
No show clients may not be rescheduled for future appointments.
